Teething sure is fun! I completely relate to you regarding the 'why so cranky?' confusion. I wish there was a bit more warning! I think initially for every red bum I thought for sure my son had a food allergy (that's the downside of my nutrition background!). I use a homeopathic remedy called 'Camilia' by Boiron. It is a liquid, you give the baby a few drops and it seems to work like magic! It has helped me on a few nights that's for sure and then you can save the Tylenol for the really bad times (a.k.a. hmmm… Luke just got his first two bottom teeth at 5.5. I remember that most of my teeth were early (don’t remember baby teeth but permanent ones!). If it’s comforting, I’ve never had a cavity, never even had freezing/drilling in my mouth and I have all my wisdom teeth.
